Delivery for TechLabs store orders

Most orders are sent with Royal Mail, with Evri used occasionally where it is more suitable for the parcel or route.

Ask about delivery

Royal Mail first

Most TechLabs orders are dispatched with Royal Mail because it works well for small parts, tools and accessories.

Evri when suitable

Evri may be used in some cases, usually when parcel size, weight or service availability makes it the better fit.

Careful packaging

Parts and tools are packed with practical protection so they arrive ready to use, fit or store safely.

Support if delayed

If something does not look right with your delivery, contact TechLabs with your order number.

Delivery estimates are guidance only unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. Delivery services used

TechLabs mainly uses Royal Mail for store orders. Royal Mail is usually the best fit for smaller repair parts, tools, accessories and lightweight parcels.

Evri may be used occasionally where the parcel size, weight, delivery route or service availability makes it a more suitable option.

2. Dispatch times

  • In-stock items are packed as soon as practical after payment is received.
  • Orders placed during busy periods, weekends or bank holidays may take longer to dispatch.
  • If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, TechLabs will contact you or refund the affected item.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be sent together where practical.

3. Tracking and delivery updates

Some delivery services include tracking or delivery confirmation. If tracking is available for your order, use the carrier updates for the latest delivery progress.

Tracking can sometimes update slowly after handover, especially during busy carrier periods.

4. Address details

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including flat number, building name, postcode and any useful delivery details.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact TechLabs quickly. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been packed or dispatched.

5. Delayed, damaged or missing orders

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact TechLabs with your order number and any useful photos or carrier details.

  • Check safe places, shared entrances, neighbours and anyone else at the address first.
  • Keep packaging and photos if an item arrives damaged.
  • TechLabs may need to check carrier information before arranging next steps.

6. Sending devices for repair

If you are sending a device to TechLabs for repair, package it securely and use a tracked service with suitable cover for the device value. Please do not send a device until TechLabs has reviewed your repair request.
