Use a sturdy box with padding (bubble wrap/packing paper). Remove accessories unless requested. Include your name inside the parcel.

What if it can’t be repaired?
If the situation changes after inspection, we’ll contact you before doing anything. You stay in control of the next step.
Will I get tracking?
