1. Returns Eligibility

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at sales@tech-labs.co.uk with the following details:

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you want to return
3. The reason for the return

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@tech-labs.co.uk with proof of damage (photos/videos).

5. Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to reflect).
• If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@tech-labs.co.uk.

7. PayPal Buyer Protection

If you made your purchase through PayPal, you may be eligible for PayPal’s Buyer Protection if you do not receive your item or it arrives significantly different from the description. Please refer to PayPal's Buyer Protection for more details.
